To fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus, missionaries who live an exemplary life of Jesus should be encouraged to concentrate on serving their respective mission areas. So far, churches have placed focus more on sending missionaries and less on providing continuous support. Apostle Paul, in his mission trips, received the unsparing support and encouragement from Philippian churches and numerous other mission partners. Likewise, we should come up with measures to support for missionaries so that they can be free from worries about child education, retirement, and sabbatical years and be fully dedicated to mission work.

• Living facilities for retired missionaries and missionaries on their sabbatical leave
• Dormitories for MKs (missionary Kids)
• Scholarship foundation for MKs

예수님의 지상명령을 완성하기 위해서는 선교사들이 자신의 사역지에 집중할 수 있도록 도와야한다. 이제까지 교회들은 기존의 선교사들을 지속적으로 지원하는 것보다 숫적으로 더 많은 선교사들을 보내는 데 집중했다. 바울사도는 선교여행에서 빌립보 교회들과 수많은 선교 동역자들로부터 아낌없는 후원과 격려를 받았다. 이와 같이 우리도 선교사들을 지원할 수 있는 방안을 고려하여 선교사들이 자녀 교육이나 은퇴, 안식년 등과 같은 걱정을 덜어내고 선교사역에 집중할 수 있도록 도와야한다.
